How to use this MPEG video edit software?
Free download MPEG Editor, install and run.
Step 1. Run the software. Click
to import the MPEG files, like mpeg1, mpeg2 and mpeg4 files to MPEG Editor.
Step 2. Then the MPEG files will show in the File and Effects Area. Drag and drop them to the Timeline/Storyboard Area for editing.
Note: You can right click on the blank in File and Effects Area then use the express menu to change the view/sort ways.
Step 3. In the Timeline/Storyboard Area you can drag and drop all the effects icon to add special video/audio effects for your MPEG files. Click corresponding buttons on the left tool bar, you can add transition effects, video special effects, Text and Video Overlay and so on.

Step 4. Click button "
" on the Toolbar then to choose the output categories. For example, you can choose the Disc option, click Next button.

In this window, you can choose the DVD/Blu-ray/DivX/XviD disc type as output. And the video/audio information will be show here. Click Next button.
Step 5. Set the output folder and output file name. Then click
button to begin the conversion.
